The °Northbound Method

For many years, people have been circling around the same question. At the Temple of Apollo in Delphi, it was summed up rather simply:Know thyself. Not as an academic exercise.
More as a practical starting point for how to live.
My work follows the same idea.Become who you are.
(And yes — results tend to follow.)
If you’re now wondering what this has to do with you, keep reading.

Working with organisationsThe same questions that shape individual lives also shape organisations.I facilitate workshops for companies that want to create clarity around direction, motivation, and what meaningful performance actually means in their context. This often includes working on a shared understanding of purpose: not as a slogan or leadership concept, but as a practical point of orientation why the organisation exists, what it stands for, and how people can relate their own work to that direction. These sessions are not about tools or quick fixes. They create space for reflection, honest conversation, and alignment.Formats include:
a) small group workshops
b) internal reflection sessions
c) team or cross-functional workshops
All sessions are tailored to the context, culture, and realities of the organisation.

If this resonates, the next step is a simple conversation. There is no obligation and no agenda. Just a space to explore where you are and what direction feels right. The first conversation is free of charge. If you’d like to talk, you can reach me here:

“I created °Northbound as a coaching approach for clarity, direction, and sustainable performance.”

About meFor as long as I can remember, I’ve been interested in one simple question:
why people live the lives they do — and why some feel aligned with it, while others don’t.
Not in a theoretical sense, but in real life.
What we call success, why it motivates some and leaves others empty, and what happens when people follow paths that don’t truly fit them.
Over time, this exploration — combined with honest self-reflection and meaningful guidance — developed into °Northbound: an approach centred on clarity, orientation, and sustainable action. My work is not about changing people or pushing them to become something else.
It’s about helping them recognise who they already are, understand what truly drives them, and move forward in a direction that feels right — not imposed.
